For gently sloping roofs with corrugated fibre cement roofing, the ideal solution is to mount the system using the sflex triangle delta, installed with hanger bolts. The triangles are available with nine different angles of inclination from 5° to 45° – other angles are possible.
The pre-assembled triangles are supplied folded up to save space and costs and can also be used on sandwich and trapezoidal sheet metal roofs with this connection.
The easiest way to make flat roofs usable for photovoltaics
The sflex rooftop mounting system with ballasting is the simple and proven solution for penetration-free, flat roof installations suitable for green roofs. Depending on the planned system and the conditions on site, the mounting options and ballasting can be selected variably.
For flat roofs without roof superstructures and regions with high wind loads, we recommend mounting the Delta triangles on ground rails for ballast support. Particularly high ballasting can also be distributed flexibly on the rails.
For roofs with lower load reserves and roof superstructures where longer rails cannot be easily laid, the triangles are fastened directly to ballast blocks/stone slabs.
The installation of the substructure with sflex triangles delta using the universal click-fit assembly principle and ballasting such as weights, gravel or green roof granulate ensures absolute roof watertightness and easy dismantling. It offers all the advantages of an elevated solution. In addition to easy maintenance and easy access to the roof area and PV system, high system efficiency is also achieved through optimal rear ventilation.
