sflex is responding to the requirements of the future and is launching a range of innovative products that replace our existing offer immediately. The previous aluminium roof hooks, the 5/40 rail, the trapezoidal sheet rail and the Delta triangle are being phased out and replaced by the new universal system. This portfolio consists of the Universal Rail, the RS roof hook, the Uni trapezoidal bridge and the Uni Delta.
Our innovation is based on the goal of continuous optimization and reduction of complexity. With this redesign, we offer our customers a solution with fewer parts, faster assembly and stable availability from EU production and manufacturing. This portfolio optimization allows us to bundle our expert knowledge from the ALUMERO × sflex × next mounting alliance and thus ensure steady, market-oriented developments. Our focus is on quality, sustainability, and efficiency, which is why ALUMERO relies on recyclable aluminum according to the metagreen concept.
The Universal Rail is characterized by its versatile adaptation options: Inner click, outer click and hammerhead channel. This flexibility allows for universal use, thus saving costs and assembly effort on the entire project. Our European manufacturing and close intertwining within the alliance ensure supply security and short distances, which enables stable availability of our products.
Our RS roof hooks are available in three variants that cover all your needs. They offer identical flexibility in the roof batten area and have an optimized tapering leg thickness.
