Strategic product development for our international portfolio based on market analyses
Joint responsibility for the definition of product requirements for new and further developments incl. documentation of the entire development process
Control of processes for new product developments including adherence to deadlines
Collaboration and operational responsibility in the introduction and further development of components and system solutions over the entire life cycle
Creation and maintenance of technical and sales-supporting product information in cooperation with the specialist departments
You will work at the interface between engineering, sales and marketing

This is what you must have:

Completed studies or vocational training, preferably with a focus on the technical area
Experience in photovoltaics is desirable
Very good written and spoken language skills in German and good written and spoken langugage skills in English
Confident handling of common MS Office programs
Strong communication skills, organizational skills and ability to work in a team
Willingness to travel

2. Type of data collection
The data that you have sent us in connection with your application will be used by us to check your suitability for the position (or any other open positions in our company) and to be able to carry out the application process.

Data required for the application process is collected and processed, including personal information (e.g. name, address, contact details, date and place of birth, nationality), information about school and vocational training/studies and the respective degrees, professional experience and other written, telephone or verbal information and, if applicable, photos or other audio-visual data. Please refrain from providing us with information about your ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health or other so-called sensitive data.

3. Purpose of Data Collection and Sharing
Your personal data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the application process for positions within our company. In principle, your data will only be forwarded to the departments and specialist departments within our company responsible for your specific application. Your application data will not be passed on to third parties.

4. Retention period of the application data
After completing the application process, we will keep the data you have transmitted for five months. After this period has expired, we will delete your data without further request.

Exceptions are possible if legal provisions prevent deletion, further storage is required for the purpose of providing evidence or you have expressly consented to longer storage. In this case we will save your data for positions to be filled in the future. The data from this pool of applicants will be deleted after two years.

If your application has been successful, your personal data will be used by us for personnel administration.
