On corrugated and trapezoidal sheet metal roofing and roofing sheets, installing photovoltaic systems on the S:FLEX sloping-roof frame not only safely anchors the system, it also ensures optimum protection of the roof membrane, flexible configuration options and maximum cost efficiency.

Thanks to our wide range of different systems, we have the right installation option for almost every pitched roof as well as for slightly inclined roofs:

The advantages of the HK 125 and HK 172:

  • Fast and direct attachment of the rails with sheet-metal screws on the raised seams
  • Low material and assembly costs
  • Available in 125, 172, 295 and 3300 mm length
  • 24 mm height provide optimised rear ventilation, simplify cable routing and enable installation even on slightly corrugated roof coverings
  • HSS HK 125 complete is supplied with 2 x 2 holes (5 mm / 6 mm), HSS HK 175 comes with 2 x 4 holes (5 mm / 6 mm). Both with sealing tape pre-assembled
  • Made of weather-resistant aluminium

The advantages of the HK 125 XL 50/100:

  • Fast and direct attachment of the rails with sheet-metal screws on raised seams
  • Low material and assembly costs
  • Rail heights of 50 or 100 mm guarantee a sufficient distance from the roof covering for optimal rear ventilation and use in regions with high temperatures
  • Floating installation with brackets reduces the number of expansion joints and enables the best possible use of the roof area
  • HSS HK 125 XL 50/100 complete are supplied pre-assembled with sealing tape as standard, the mounting brackets are pre-drilled
  • Made of weather-resistant aluminium

The advantages of the high-bead rail HS Lift:

  • Fast and direct attachment of the rail with sheet-metal screws on the raised seams
  • Low material and assembly costs
  • Additional pitch of the solar modules up to 5° (vertical) and 7° (horizontal) for higher yields and more effective self-cleaning
  • System can be installed facing south or in east-west direction for maximum use of space
  • Rails are prefabricated with holes and EPDM sealing tape

  • Trapezoidal sheet metal rail AK complete / l=395 mm is delivered pre-assembled with 24 holes each and sealing tape as standard

  • Trapezoidal sheet metal rail VARIO is delivered pre-assembled with 24 holes and sealing tape as standard
  • Made of weather-resistant aluminium

The advantages of our sheet metal mounting bracket:

  • Fast and direct attachment of the brackets with rivets or sheet-metal screws on the raised beads
  • The height adjustment of the mounting system allows absolutely flat and tension-free installation (including with frameless modules)
  • Crossbar-adapter connection is possible – this is particularly suitable for precise and tension-free installation of frameless modules
  • Made of weather-resistant aluminium, pre-assembled with sealing tape

The advantages of the Delta triangle:

  • Elevated installation with tilt angles from 5° to 45° (in 5° steps) possible
  • Position and size of the module array is variable and freely selectable
  • Orientation towards the eaves or the verge is possible
  • Also ideal for small systems from 1 module
  • Low transport and storage costs due to delivery of collapsed triangles
